Check-in is after 4:00 p.m. Check-out is at 10:00 a.m.

Deposit
The refundable security deposit is $700.
Deposit and signed agreement are due immediately in order to reserve dates.
Full total for rental is due 30days before rental.

Rates
:: $299 per night for 5 or more nights. 
:: $375 per night for 3 or 4 nights.

:: $420 per night (2 night minimum).

:: All 3 day holiday weekends are 450 per night (3 night minimum) 
:: $4,500 per month

:: 4th of July week $499 per night (5 night minimum)
:: Ski week (Feb 17th to the 24th), Christmas and New Years Eve are $550 per night (6 night minimum).
:: Thanksgiving is $399 per night (4 night minimum).
:: 10% Ca Occupancy tax.
:: $250 cleaning fee.
